This article presents the step by step guide on how to install and integrate Bombbomb with Salesforce/Jungo.
How to download the app
- Search for Bombbomb in the Salesforce Appexchange.
- Click ‘Get it Now’ button
- Choose to Install whether in the Production environment or Sandbox environment.

- On the installation page, select ‘Install for Admins Only’ and click ‘Install’.

- Grant access to the third party apps which are required for the Salesforce Bombbomb integration. Click ‘Continue’
- Installation may take some time to complete. Click ‘Done’.
- Once you receive the email confirming the installation, reload the page and move into the further integration steps.
- In Setup, type ‘Installed Packages’ in the Quickfind box and find ‘BombBomb Video under ‘Installed Packages’
- For moving forward into using Bombbomb video, the admin need to enable Custom Domain for the org. If it is already enabled, you can skip these steps.
How to establish a custom Domain in Salesforce
- In the set up, navigate to ‘My Domain’.
- Click ‘Edit’ under ‘My Domain’ Details in the ‘My Domain Settings’
- Enter the desired Custom Domain in the ‘My Domain Name’ box and click ‘Check Availability’ button to make sure that it is not already taken. Click ‘Save’ to begin migration to the new domain. This step is called provisioning.

- Once provisioning is completed, user will receive an email.
- Now click ‘Deploy new Domain’ in step 2.

- Now the new domain will be visible in the browser’s navigation bar.

How to Configure user access to Bombbomb video component
- Type ‘Manage Connected Apps’ in the Quickfind box
- Select Bombbomb video

- Click on ‘Edit Policies’ button

- Under OAuth Policies section ensure ‘Admin approved users are pre-authorised’ option is selected in the ‘Permitted Users’ textbox.
- Click Save.

- Now click ‘Manage Profiles’ in the ‘Profiles’ section.

- Select the user profiles that should have access to Bombbomb.

- Click Save
- Now go to ‘BombbombSettings’ object under Custom Settings

- Click ‘Manage’ button

- Click ‘New’ button to configure the settings at the organization vide level.

- User can change the default settings here at any time as he wants.
- Click Save.

Configure Permission sets
- Click the gear wheel icon
- Search for “Permission Sets” in the Quick Find
- Select “Permission Sets”

- Click on “BombBomb User” in the list of permission sets
- Click “Manage Assignments”
- Click “Add Assignments”
- Check the box next to each user you want to grant BombBomb access to
- Click “Assign”
- Go back to “Permission Sets”
- Click on “BombBomb Admin” in the list of permission sets
- Click “Manage Assignments”

- Click “Add Assignment”

- Check the box next to each admin you want to grant access to

- Click “Assign”
