Our Task Was
Despite all their marketing efforts, Freedom Capital was less successful to streamline their communication and reach their audience effectively. They needed an automated system in place to send SMS messages at scheduled intervals based on specified criteria.
Process
- We fulfilled the requirements put forth by the marketing team of Freedom Capital with the help of 360 SMS app from Salesforce AppExchange.
- We built two campaigns-‘Preapproval to Contract SMS Campaign’ and ‘Lead Campaign’ to facilitate their business process.
- We then automated the sending of scheduled SMS of both campaigns by means of Process Builder.
Here’s an overview of the steps we have taken:
- Installed the 360 SMS app from the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Created SMS templates within the 360 SMS app for the campaign messages.
- Set up a Process Builder in Salesforce to trigger the SMS campaign.
- Defined criteria within the Process Builder to determine when the SMS campaign should be triggered.
- Configured the necessary parameters, such as selecting the SMS template and specifying the recipient’s phone number.
- Activated the Process Builder to start automating the SMS campaign.
By completing these steps, we have integrated the 360 SMS app with Salesforce’s Process Builder to automate our SMS campaign for Freedom Capital. The system now sends SMS messages based on the specified criteria, ensuring timely and targeted communication with the leads or contacts.

- By leveraging the benefits of SMS Campaign with 360 SMS app, we helped Freedom Capital to enhance their customer engagement.
- SMS messages are delivered directly to recipients’ mobile devices, ensuring high visibility and quick responses.
- Open and read rates increased by 30% compared to other communication channels, such as email.

Conclusion
The integration of the 360 SMS app and Salesforce’s Process Builder saved time and effort by eliminating the need for manual sending of messages. The inbuilt tracking and analytics feature of the app allowed the team to monitor the performance of the SMS campaigns. Metrics such as delivery status, response rates, and engagement levels are tracked, and this data helped them to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future optimizations.
