Floify is a leading provider of mortgage automation software for loan originators which provides a secure communication and document portal between lenders, borrowers, referral partners, and other mortgage stakeholders. The new integration with Jungo enables loan originators who are using Floify to automate their mortgage process and Jungo to manage their customer database to seamlessly access Floify’s document management system directly within Jungo’s secure CRM, eliminating the need to access multiple applications.
Integration Setup
The integration of Floify within Jungo is hassle free and simple.
The originators have to send their Floify API key and Jungo admin login credentials to Jungo support via email.
The Jungo support team will connect the Floify account with Jungo.
After Floify is connected the originators can view the “Floify Loan Flow” within Jungo in the “DocsBar” Tab.
Pushing records
Pushing records from Jungo into Floify
After creating a record for a particular contact with Jungo, the originator has to click “Open Loan Flow” button within Jungo DocsBar tab.
Jungo will automatically import the information regarding the particular contact’s documents from Jungo into Floify.
The Floify users can view the same information within Loan Pipeline dashboard in Floify.
Subsequently the client’s will receive a mail with instructions to setup an account in secure “Borrower Portal” where they will be able to browse, attach and upload documents.
Pushing records from Floify into Jungo
In order to push records from Floify into Jungo, the originators will require the Floify Loan ID of the particular client.
Jungo will automatically import the information regarding the particular contact’s documents from Jungo into Floify.
The originators need to enter the Floify Loan ID in the corresponding field within Jungo DocsBar and the document information from Floify will be imported into Jungo.
Viewing Reports
The integration allows loan originators access to their Jungo and Salesforce reports from within their Floify pipeline dashboard.
The different Salesforce and Jungo reports can be viewed from the “Loan Dashboard” tab within Floify.
Automated Actions
Communication with clients can be set up with automated milestone updates.
Automated updates can be send to realtors and affiliated partners.
Automated follow up workflows can be initiated and appointments be scheduled.
Floify users can use the document management software they’re already familiar with, while keeping important documents and correspondence organized in one secure central repository. Thereby Jungo is helping loan originators increase productivity by eliminating a new learning curve.
