Demographic & Monetary Data gathering Page
- The demographic data tab will be a drop down menu listing the county.
- Categorisation of profiles based on the demographic data and data binding becomes easy in the back end.
- Mortgage amount as well as mortgage term tabs will also be listed as dropdown menus with mortgage amounts listed as a range and mortgage term as an absolute value.
Setting up Account page
- The option for signing up requires a minimal formality of completing just 4 basic fields.
- The option for social media login is also provided to leverage on the advantages such as grabbing social media information, easy and fast account setup, ease of remembering passwords and avoiding fake email ids.
Tracking Page
- After logging into his/her account, a borrower can track all the critical parameters pertaining to his/her loan application like percentage of process completed, no of days to close the loan, loan officer details and the documents required to be uploaded.
- The steps are listed in the timeline format to provide a sense of a position where the borrower stands in the process.
